Hi! This is Jillian! From Canada! Today I am losing my blog virginity. I have been staying at Backpackers Miyajima for 2 weeks now, and although it has been fun, I have a problem:

I already have a stalker; the Japanese Mosquito!

They just can`t get enough of me. I have counted, and have 20 bites on my legs alone!  Back in Canada I never had this problem, but to help soothe the itchiness, I`ve been using a product called UNA COOL. Its basically a light oil that smells like menthol to help soothe the bug bites.

I haven`t met anyone else with as many bites as me, so don`t worry too much.

The mosquitoes will probably pass you up for me instead.

And another thing, if you go to Miyajima, you might see a Tanuki!

I never thought they actually existed, I just thought they were mythical creatures! Yesterday one of the guests showed me pictures she took of one she saw near the JR Port on the Island. Peoply describe them as a dog/raccoon - looking animal. Try and find them, because not many people actually get the chance to see them.

I would like talk about plane for tomorrow's my day off.

I was sooooo lookin forward to have it!

Tomorrow, Im goin to Onsen with my friend hanaco! and spend relaxing time with her.

and afterwords we are goin to Out-let mall in Hunairi which near downtown area.

They got a new ZARA shop!!

I luv to go to ZARA so Im super looking forward to go there, and then

have a movie night!

Im probably gonna watch some romantic movie!

Today, Its a last day of sunday in September.

How have you guys been?

We had a Birthday party for my friend RYO, last night.

We did BBQ and eat cake, that was actually being chubby's angel night!! lol

and also we had great guests who did graffitti to our common room wall today!

They made really cool desighn for our wall!!

After BBQ...we went to Cafe Laut which near our hostel!

The crew of painters!

They are gonna come back here next yr and do more paitting for us!

This is Hisa as Backpackers Miyajima hostel GM.

Last day, famouse person stayed at our hostel. I was go like WOW!!

Okonomiyaki is Very fanouse food in Hiroshima and there are more than 1200 okonomiyaki restaurant in Hiroshima.

And he has been eating ones more than 1000 restautants!!

He published his book about okonomiyaki.

And I took my favorite Okonomiyaki restaurant.

We enjoyed to eat it!!

I have never see the person who do not like it .

Curry is originlly Indian food.

However, the curry of Japan is arranged　to suit the Japanese,

It is cheap and you can eat or get it anywhere in Japan, restaurant or convenience store etc.

It is yummy! So try it!!

How was your silver week?

There were no vacancy all week. and its been soooo crazy everyday!

Party and get tired, and party hard and dead....

it was crazy week but it was so fun and great time as well.

So there is not so many people today, so we are taking rest.

It was pretty cool!

Its raining today. I hope its not gonna be all day!

anyway you know last night i put the blog about the Auzzie family.

and they just left here early in this morning.

They normaly travel from Sep to Oct every yr.

Last yr, they have been to Turkey.

and this yr, they are goin to see japan and Korea.

Aleisha and Torey ( Mark and Lainie's daughter and son) is super lucky to have their parents who travel with them every yr.

I wish my parents were like them.

Mark family is always smiling, made us laugh and  made great atomospher!

I really wish they are gonna stay here forever! but they have to move to Nagasaki;(

Hope i can see them again when i go to Australia,

and they are going to have great trip rest of their trip!
