Count Down Party!!!

Great evening everyone!!

Today, its the last day of 2009!!!!!

How are you gonna celebrate new year??

We are goin to have count down party with the guests here! eat traditional japanese food before count down also.

This year was amazing to meet new people!

I learned a lot of the things from them and also got great help from them.

So Im soooooooo glad, I can celebrate with the guests tonight!

Now they are doing Chinkasai Festival (Fire works) on the island!

Hope next year will be great like this year!! no--- more than that!!

Parties☆

Great evenig guys!

How is your holiday??

Of course its cold here, but we are trying to ignore this coldness, you know.....Lets party!!!!

First we did masks party!

The guests made masks by themselves.

and there were so many creative and cute masks!

I really surprised for the people's creative thinking：）

and then last night we went to the music bar and karaoke! It was fun also!☆

and then and then, we had a Drag Queen party tonight and 5 star chef cocked for us the dinner;)

Its already the year is goin to ended....

But please dont get cold before new years even last day is coming tomorrow....

Traditional way of Japan to spend New Year

Hello! How are you doing?

This is Shinji BPM staff.

I tall you how to spend year end and new year day about Japanese style today.

We are Japanese eat "SOBA" which is a Japanese noodl at end of year day.

And after 0:00 AM, it will be new year day, we go to visit the shrine.

Then we eat a "Mochi" at New Year day.

There are traditional ways to spend the end of year and New Year day.

By the way the shrine is not sleep on end of year day in Japan.

Morercver there are a lot of food booth and it is lively.

Enjoy the New Year of Japan!!

SACHI's Farewell party!!

Hello!

Its Christmas Eve today!

Its a Couple day in japan, but its a family day in wastern country!

Hisa and Kyoko went to militaly base for christmas shopping!

Wooo the smell of chicken is too nice already!! but unfortuniently i have to wait until tomorrow.... damn it...

We are goin to have wastern christmas here tomorrow.

so If you would like to join us! please come join us!!

and day after tomorrow...........

We are goin to have SACHI's farewell party!!!

Its gonna be really sad when she is leaving here......

but I believe she will done great job at Egypt and will tell a lot of stuff for people, then come back here!!

Nabe party!

Hello Hello~！！

Woooooo the coldness doesnt change at allllllllllllllllllll~!! Its just freakin cold miyajima area...

so we had a hot pot "Nabe" party!!

Nabe is hot suop and you can put any kindo material!

It makes you warm!

Ofcourse the chef is Yoshi! and it was really good to keep everybody's warm and it was tasty also!

Nabe is japanese standard food at winter time!

Oh and Yoshi went to back to Yamagata today, for becoming gay. lol

hope he will be back sooon!

Lonely Planet!

Hi guys!!
How have you been up to??
Its gotten cold!! but itll be get better after 22nd the hora cast said.
but its still cold anyway, so I would like to talk about
an Extremely Hot Topic today!!

Do you know which book is the most famous travel guide book in the world??

its a "Lonely Planet"!!

and this time they made new lonely planet guide book Oct in 2009!

We always wished our hostel will get on the lonely planet since we started!!!!

and now we are on the book!!! Yea!!!!

We didnt even know we are on the book until the guest told us!
but first we didnt really believe that just happened to us!
then the guest showed us the guide book!!

and we were all realized actually we made it!!!!

so we all started hugs and congrats!!!

(the writers of lonely planet cant tell us they are from lonely planet when they stay here.
and the writer thought its a good place for staying, we will be on the lonely planet!)

since we started this hostel we all were always talking about guests and how we can make the comfy and cozy place for the guests.

the to get on the lonely planet was our one of the goal but its not end, its actually begging!
So all of us keep try to make great hostel!!!

Coldness!! and Sun☆

Hello!

How are you guys doin? Enjoying christmas party??

Its been really cold here like last night, and The highest degree is "3℃!!", today!!!

Cant believe the tempture is the low!

the daily time was 3℃, that means its gonna be negative something at the night!

and also tomorrow, the highest tempture is gonna be 2℃ and lowest will be -3℃～

Even my finger is freezein when i write blogs.

But its not always but to be cold....

Today's in the morning i was walkin the street by the sea and saw the really blue sky and blue sea! Its a perfect for the biginning of the day!

and I just realized how wonderful my life is, because I can see beautiful views all the time☆

First Snow for this yr!!!

Hi guys! This is Ayami writting today!

right now its 3 degree here but it will be negative at this midnight....

"OMG!!"

Its just tooooooo cold for me!!!

and it was snowing this in the morning!!!

Yesterday, I had a day off so I walked from Backpackers Miyajima to downo town of hiroshima. It was about 20Km.

My friend's K-chan and I took our new cameras with us!

but it was pretty cold even we were walkin, and we never got warm since we started walkin....

then we decided to have a lunch break! we ordered food and beer! woooooot!

Thats a part of the fun things if you are walkin instead of driving!

afterwords we started walkin again to the next break spot which is the Alpark shopping mall where is our friend walkin at the cafe.

When we were walkin, we descoverd new things, it was great because we can get to know more about our city! If we were driving, we never know the things and places!

and then we got the cafe in alpark! had hot drinks! it was really cold outside even we were walkin all day!

so hot coffee saved our life lol

then after that we started walkin again!

It was getting dark...

Finally, we got the peace park which was the our goal!!

"Yeah-!!!!"

so you know we started to take a bunch of pics hehe-!

and then we went to the bar for our tirip's goal celebration!

It was so fun! but we got tired also,

This trip was great because we didnt have to pay much money but still super fun!

we took about 7 hrs from miyajima to hiroshima including break times and stopping ways.

P.S. It was extremly cold even we were walkin, so plz take care your body and have fun, If you are travelling japan now!

Sachi is back!!

Hello!!!

Hey hey guys! Sachi is back!! She had been in Fukui for JICA training for 2 months!

And finaly she is back!! and getting ready to go to Egypt to teach nursery at nursery school.

Its a Japanese goverment's volunteer working program.

"The training was really hard." she said,

"but everybody got together after the training! so it was valuable experience for me."

Its been changed our hostel after she left here for 2 months, and cant imagine how its gonna be different after 2 yrs when she is back in japan!

We hope we are gonna make more great place in 2yrs too!!

We are goin to have Sachi's Fearwell Party on 26th of Dec from 19:30~

So please come and join us!!
