Bean-throwing ceremony in MIyajima

I introduce a festival in Miyajima today.

It is Bean-throwing ceremony of Daishoin which is a time-honored temple.

It is thought that some wrong happens to the body at the turn of the season.

The bean-throwing ceremony is an event which exorcise it.

This event is held on 3th February.

Setsubun Party

Hi everybody.

How are you?

This is Hisa.

We are going to have Setsubun PARTY to make Ehoumaki(Lucky long sushi roll) on 3rd of February.

What is Setsubun?

Check following below.

In Japan, Setsubun (節分) is the day before the beginning of each season. The name literally means "seasonal division", but usually the term refers to the spring Setsubun, properly called Risshun (立春) celebrated yearly on February 3 as part of the Spring Festival (春祭, haru matsuri^?). In its association with the Lunar New Year, Spring Setsubun can be and was previously thought of as a sort of New Year's Eve, and so was accompanied by a special ritual to cleanse away all the evil of the former year and drive away disease-bringing evil spirits for the year to come. This special ritual is called mamemaki (豆撒き, lit. bean scattering).

Exactly! It is the excellent certainly one.

"Washlet" is a name of the toilet in the rest room.

Its seat is warm by electricity.

Moreover it cleans yours with warm water and it can adjust the power of water by yourself.

If you find it, trｙ by all means!

You will surely become feelings in the heaven!!

Hiroshima's people

Hi guys.

I introduce Hiroshima's people sometime.

And this time I intoroduce to you Keisuke Sakai.

He is a martial arts fighter and the champion.

I went his game several month ago, he got knee kick on his forehead.

And his forehead was broken.

But he goes like "I'm alright, Let me fight. I just wanna fight".

He is really powerfull man. I'm gonna die if I got same accident like him.

He has opened his gym.

Everybody can join to execise at his gym.

Just thinking by myself 5

Hi.

I got a souvenir from guest.

He went to Okinawa which is Japanese Hawaii.

And he gave t me a bunch of red peppers.

They look really tiny red peppers, BUT...... it's really HOT!!

I think they are hotter than Jalapeños!! They are dengerous mother fxxxxer!!

I ate several of them, then my mouth was dead for 1 hour.

It's hard to discribe about this tiny peppers's taste.

If you come, you can try to eat them.

But you gotta take care of yorself after you eat it.

Recommendation of Japanese ice cream

Hello! How are you doing?

This is Shinji.

I introduce the ice cream of my recommended Japan today.

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　It is this ↓ 　　　　　　　　　

It name is SOH.

The texture when eating is very good.

Feeling is "Shaky-Shaky", it like chew grain of small ice.

The vanilla flavor is especially recommended though there are a lot of kinds.

The price is about 100 yen and possible to buy in the convenience store.

Try it !

If it eats the unit, it is wrong none ..becoming.. in feelings in the heaven by delicious of that!!

Each team is composed according to the prefecture.

This turn point is in the place of 1 minute on foot from BPM.

The speed where the player runs is like the sprinter even though the long distance relay when seeing in the presence.

Kimuch Nabe

Hey guys

How are you doing?

We made Kimch Nabe.

Nabemono (鍋物, なべ物, nabe cooking pot + mono things, stuff, kinds) or simply called nabe, is a term referring to all varieties of Japanese steamboat dishes, also known as one pot dishes.

Mimch Nabe is a little spicy and tasty!!

Our guests got satisfied.

If you got lucky, you can have some Nabe!!

Tondo Matsuri

The Tondo Festival occurs in early January around Koshogatsu, the lunar new year. For the New Year most homes and businesses in Japan hang a Shimekazari above the door. Shimekazari are sacred ropes braided from rice straw, and to them are attached various good luck charms, most commonly an orange. The shimekazari wards off evil spirits and invites the Kami to enter.

At Tondo, a huge bonfire is made and into it are placed the shimekazari and other new year ornaments. The fire is lit by someone born in the same animal year, at this Tondo it was a 12 year old boy, and as the flames and smoke rise in the sky the people pray for health and blessing for the coming year. As the fire dies down a little, children who have been practising their calligraphy for the new year place examples onto the fire. If they rise into the air with the heat, it indicates success for that child for the new year.

While all this is going on, the people are served a variety of foods including Tonjiru, a really tasty stew made from pork, taro, and daikon, as well as Mochi, a glutenous rice cake that is a traditional new year food. Lengths of green bamboo are filled with sake and placed in the coals to warm, and then served to everyone.

Momote-sai

Hey guys.

How are you?

I introduce to you about Momote-sai on 20th of January

Momote-sai is an annual event at Omoto shrine in Miyajima island.

Stats at 11AM.

Archers shoot an arrow toward the targets which was written "evils" in Kanji characters.

The audience is usually supposed to keep quiet while the ritual is being performed in front of the god(s).

This ceremony is to wish for safty year.

Actually, I have never been there, so I' going to see them.

Trip!

Hello! This is Ayami!

Today, I wanna talk about my trip to Australia and Canada!

Im leaving tomorrow!!!!!! Yeah! Its fun but Its also sad.... Because I love to hung out here!

But Im leaving anyway, Im goin to Osaka for flight and then gonna go to Melborune,

will stay in Australia 1 month and a lil. afterwords Im gonna go to Tronto, Canada.

and gonna see my great great friend Bobbi!!!!

and we are gonna travel together:)

Its gonna be so much fun but I havent booked for hostel at australia yet!

So I have nooooooooooo plane! but its gonna be all right! I hope!

But im gonna do the blog when im on travel!

☆Cocktail party☆

Hello! How are you doing?

This is Shinji BPM staff.

We made a ☆Cocktail party☆ at BPM yesterday.

The bartender invited the specialist who is owner of cafe " Bambino"

which is in Miyajima island.

He brought all materials including the liqueur.

Therefore, it was an actual.

He is good bartender.

So everyone was so satisfactory in his skill.

We want to continue this cocktail party which collaboration with Banbino.

You also join without fail next time and enjoy it.

Trip!

Hello everyone!

Its 4th of January and Sachi left Hiroshima and will flight to Egypt tomorrow!

Its really sad and I already miss her but Hope she will be back safely!

And also Im leaving soon!

Its just holiday so its not that long and I will come back here, Im leaving on 12th of January and come back 17th of March before the graduation ceremony!

I will write blogs during the trip so you can see what am i doing hehe-
