There are a lot of guests staying here tonight as well, So We are having Dumpling party instead of BBQ.

Gyoza is dumpling in Japanese!

A lil history of dumpling, its traditional food of china, and it was from Shin Era in China it became one of the famous Chinese food, and also Dumpling came to Japan Edo era, but it became famous after world war 2nd, and Japanese immigration came back from Manshyu and they bring gyoza back home.
